Yes. I can BARELY stand to feed it. Not suprising that it smells like poo!!!!!!!!!!! That is where the poo WAS!!!!

The "green" tripe that I get in a can for when we travel and when the male will not eat because the girls are in season is REALLY AWFUL!!!!!!!!!
I mean really....CANNED TRIPE. Wish I thought of it!!!!

Maybe I am the only one that thinks the canned is worse!!!

My husband has asked me not to feed the dogs tripe in a.m. until he has eaten his breakfast!! I've been feeding it for over 5 years now and surprisingly I don't even notice the smell anymore. The canned tripe doesn't have as strong an odor, but I don't feed the canned very often - my dogs aren't as keen on canned.

Well, yes. It's tripe. There's a reason the word has become derogatory slang. People only ask, "you expect me to eat this tripe?" if it's something disgusting.... It's pretty gross the first few times, but if you keep feeding it you get used to it eventually and it won't be THAT bad anymore.

Yes it smells bad. BUT - it is a COMPLETE consise meal for dogs and is wonderful for them. If you can get it yipee for you!

Edited to add link below, Tripett, canned tripe. It is not "as bad" as fresh green tripe. Great for travel.
