"Well you guys - I am Jewish and have lost 45 lbs. on the Sugar Busters diet. And during the time I was consistently dieting I NEVER ATE CHALLAH! What are you thinking? Challah is the most fattening (and delicious) bread of all. Just go for about 4 - 6 Weeks without it - you will be so proud of yourselves! And you will look great!

But then he preaches Christian beliefs like he IS Christian...

"Water baptism doesn't save. The only way to be saved is to believe that Jesus, who is God, died for your sins on the cross and rose again.
Baptism is biblically only for those who are already saved by believing this."
So what is he, Jewish, Christian, or a troll?

Well, sounds like his heritage is Jewish but his religion is Christian. It is possible to be either a Jew by heritage, a Jew by religion or both.

at the start, your checklist of ideals tells me you're neither given which you do no longer point out Jesus and you do point out reincarnation. you assert you wwere raised believing you have been a christian, this would not make you a christian. you're in basic terms a christian in case you determine that Jesus Christ is God and you ask him to forgive you of your sins. I strongly motivate you to study your bible and pray to Jesus and ask him to be your very own saviour. the version between being jewish and being christian is Jesus. in case you do not have self assurance in him, you're Jewish, in case you do, you're a christian. Neither of those religions have self assurance in reincarnation, it quite is a buddhist theory. The Bible teaches us that there are 2 deaths. One is a actual loss of life on earth and could't be prevented. the 2nd is a non secular loss of life and could be prevented. a guy or woman dies spiritually while they bypass to hell. you do no longer die spiritually in case you ask Jesus to circumvent from that, then you will bypass to Heaven. Christians have self assurance interior the trinity (God in 3 persons) & Heaven & angels. additionally they have self assurance in Hell and devil yet do no longer worship or worry them. I strongly motivate you to speak on your mom and dad approximately this and to speak to a adolescents pastor or senior pastor approximately this! they are able to offer you the solutions you want and handbook you to Jesus. Please be happy to msg me in case you want.

Does it really matter to you that much that you asked? You should have personally contacted him, besides, his personal beliefs shouldn't really affect you, clearly taking things way to serious, get some fresh air.

That's a different person, and not me, who just uses the same letters as me. He's been around longer. Read his questions and answers, and you'll see.

All the earliest Christians - including the apostles - were Jews. You can be both a Christian and a Jew.

As one who is a
SPIRITUAL
Jew, water baptism saves no person. I immersion is the outward act to people that we have identified with Jesus's death and resurrection, and that we are now new creatures in Christ. It by the grace of GOD that any person is saved.
