1. Don't get pregnant.
If you cannot follow Rule 1, or are unsure of how to do so, conduct more research until you are certain that you can follow Rule 1.
Other than that... if either (or both!) of you don't think you're ready to Do It (remember Rule 1!!!) yet -- don't. Relax together, tickle, caress, fondle... that's a whole other anatomy pressed in close, and there's a lot to explore besides the obvious bits. Play, don't be shy (honestly -- this is no time to be shy, all of you is RIGHT THERE), suggest, feedback (yeah that's good; oh -- not there!), giggle, moan, reciprocate, have fun.
And remember Rule 1.
Direct suggestion? Don't get all undressed right away, that's part of the fun.

For the first time, it's like playing twister. "No, move your foot there, my hand over here..." Like everything it takes practice.
For setting, I suggest someplace you're both comfortable, where you won't get distracted, turn off the cell phones, etc.
Lots of foreplay, don't rush. For positions, keep it simple the first few times, man-on-top missionary and doggie style. Save the "let's stand up in a hammock" stuff for the anniversary.
Just keep it light, friendly and fun and you'll do fine.

For your first time, I'd be a lot more concerned about yourself - it's harder for girls. The key for both of you is to be comfortable - with your surroundings and with each other. If you can't laugh at yourself, it's going to be very hard. And if you're too nervous (or it's too painful, or if you change your mind), you ought to be able to back out of it.

Just let the mood decide and place decide. If you are in bed, you could try different positions. Make sure you work you but to meet his inward drive.
Good Luck and Enjoy!
