Right, I think guys are about 60-40 as such
60% look for looks and then a personality
40% look for a personality then for looks.
In theory should have the same outcome. In practice doesnt, becuase one smudges the other.
So what you should do is decide, do I want a guy who wants me for one reason or the other, and deal with that.
Personally, I go for a personality approach. So, I would go for guys who like for that - becuase if you can converse and engage for hours on end, you will have a blast. If he spends the whole time staring at her, thats a bit awkward. or so i would think.
So to have a strong personality, decide what you believe in and what you dont. Laugh at mildy amusing things. Speak up. Develop your own senetece cosntruction. Be interesting.

The girl who said confidence is right. A confident girl is the one I'll fall in love with.
Outside of that, whoever said "Her liking him" is right too, in a weird backwards sort of way. Honestly, I've fallen for girls who I wouldn't normally because they liked me. Stupid of me, but it's happened.
More in general, looks do matter. Don't let anyone tell you looks don't matter, he's a liar. But too many people equate looks with a good body, and that's not necessarily true. Top of my list for girls, when I'm first getting to know them and evaluating whether or not she'd be a good fit for me, is her smile, her eyes, and if she has nice hair.
Personality is a matter of preference. Some guys want a really quiet girl, others might want a girl who's really outgoing and stuff. The only personality trait that attracts guys universally is confidence.

I know I'm a girl, but I think most guys find confidence attractive. A good sense of humor doesn't hurt either.
Most guys like a girl with a nice body and style, but no guy wants a hot girl that's way shy or has no personality. Besides, most girls are "hot" because they're outgoing and fun.

A girl who rambles on and on about stupid crap is definitely out. She needs to be classy, but know when it's time to get dirty. She must be intelligent and have a sense of humor so she's not all uptight and whatnot. Oh, and she has to have a nice rack with a round behind.

There's a really crass answer to this question based upon how it was worded, but I'll tactfully skip it.
She's someone worth knowing, has interesting qualities, and takes an interest in him and what he does/enjoys/tries/thinks.
Though physical attraction and a libertine attitude to snugglies are strong bonuses.

For a guy like me i would first go a bit on looks
But the main her persanality her better parts like her innocense and her loving nature about stuff.
