Sounds like your home is under the crossing of two air-routes. No explaination other than that...
There is NOTHING you can do other than:
1) move
2) adjust your aluminum hat
3) increase your medications

My house is about 1.5 miles away from the airport, where the crow flies(I think thats how they say it) and right in line of runway 12 right. Airplanes fly right over us, but i really like that; imagine to start the day with a P. 180 Avanti flying over and the soft purr of a 172 skyhawk. Well you dont have to worry about helicopter's roters falling off!!! :-)

I used to live in a house that was apparently right underneath the flightpath going towards the airport about 1.5 miles away. I found that over time, I just got used to it. Stop trying to actually listen for the planes. Instead, busy yourself with your daily activities and ignore the sound. Soon enough you won't even hear the planes anymore.

Well at least its jets, and not helicopters! I have a major phobia about helicopters flying over my head when I am in the house. I am afraid they will crash into the house with me in it!. I used to be much worse,and think that the rotor blades would just fly off. Good luck!
