That's one way of interpreting Genesis 6:1-4 & Jude 6,7. Another is to take 'mighty ones' (nephilim) as meaning giants. The Bible is not clear on this point.
However, Genesis 3:14-15 speaks of the serpent in Eden as having 'seed' or offspring. This cannot mean baby snakes! It must be symbolic. As the serpent was the agent of Satan, so all those humans who make themselves agents of Satan prove to be of his 'seed' or nature. Jesus spoke to hypocrites as having the Devil as their father and doing his devilish works. In that sense, Satan has symbolic 'children' - serpent seed that attacks the holy seed of the woman (the children of God). But Genesis 3 shows that the serpent will be crushed by God's agent - Christ.

I don't think Satan has any physical children. But people who worship him are called his children, I think. And perhaps other demons may be considered that too. But as far as I know there is no mention of Satan having offspring in the Bible. That's the only thing I would trust an answer from.

I don't think Satan is flesh and blood. Maybe he's from another dimension. MIstaken for fallen angels during prebiblical times were aliens called the Anunnaki. The ruler of their home planet, Nibiru, is Anu. Maybe he is a.k.a Satanu.

Interesting question. At bible study last week we discussed this. We read some passages from the bible that could even indicate it. Creepy. We said "hope it's not true" Genisis 3:15
"I will put enmities between thee and the woman and THY seed and her seed: she shall crush thy head, and thou shalt lie in wait for her heel." God is saying this to the serpent.
