I like a natural, wholesome (yet lots of fun to be with) woman. I like long flowing hair, eyes that pierce and a killer brain that she's not afraid to use. I like a woman who's not afraid to be herself & not afraid to be seen in public without make up. I like a woman who doesn't need a mirror to know that she's pretty and loves herself, but still loves to hear me say it. I need a woman who doesn't need cut flowers or poetry or a guy to read her mind. Where do women like this hang out?

Well, nice question! I like the answer above me and the one of restless angel's 73(lol!) but, I think the world is not like the rest of the answers present it to be. They are not so realistic. Based on these answers, the world is full of women like that! (I guess the only thing that can be arranged from these you're asking for is the hair length!)
What I want to say is that all the characteristics of your "ideal woman" are very precious. Imagine how rare it is to find a mixture of them! The world cannot possibly be full of women like this...It's natural for women (and people on general) to be different. We are not a replica or something. Each one of us is unique...
Now about the one you're searching for...There's not an exact place where "they hang out". This kind of woman is rare.She can be anywhere! You cannot possibly expect to find eagles in flocks! You will have to try to hard in order to find her...
But, when you finally do, I'm sure she will be worth the trouble...

Natural? I wasn't built in someone's basement, but born pretty much the usual way. Not sure what you mean by wholesome, either. I'm fun to be around.
I have long hair -- it doesn't move much, so I don't know if you'd say it flows.
My eyes haven't caused any damage I'm aware of, so I don't know whether they count fer or agin me. I have lots of brain that I absolutely LOVE to use. Using my brain is one of my favorite things to do.
"not afraid to be herself" -- don't know who else to be; I'm no actress, certainly.
I never wear makeup (well, when I used to go out dancing, sometimes I'd wear a little mascara, and a couple of times got made up for Halloween).
Not fond of mirrors, as I'm not pretty, really.
Rather fond of myself; don't mind hearing it from others -- when they really mean it and aren't just saying it.
I don't need cut or any kind of flowers; I'm not particularly fond of poetry.
I never expect anyone to read my mind (and HATE when people expect me to read theirs). If I haven't said it, I don't expect you to know what I'm thinking or feeling.
Will I do?
Before you answer, I'm probably old enough to be your mother. Though there was a time I had your basic "built" bod, I'm overweight.
Maybe you have more criteria than you've listed....
But thanks for asking; that was fun. Just as an intellectual exercise.
Where to find (younger) women like me (but better looking)?
We're around. But if all you're looking at are made-up, frivolous things, you'll never find us.
Dunno where you live, but go where people are. Are there any hang-outy places where you live?
Friends and relatives are also a source -- you may have to let them introduce you to a few women before you hit it off (even the best list doesn't mean you'll actually like each other as humans).
Miss Manners says that the best way to meet a possible Significant Other is to not be too anxious or single-minded. If you go about your life, and have a full life, you're more likely to run into someone suitable, than if you only do things to meet "girls".
That and the friends and relatives thing. Don't turn down gatherings because you don't think the right person will be there. Go anyway. You never know when you'll make a new friend who ends up knowing just the sort of person you're looking for.

All over the place, you just have to look really hard. That's an almost exact replica of who I'm striving to be. You may want to tone down your expectations because most modern girls are not like that, but they are fake and immature.
