Depends on the policy of the towing company. I would not hire you.

"Driving record will be reviewed at least annually and upon application for employment. Any major violation in the past 5 years, or 3 minor violations in the past 3 years will disqualify an applicant. Likewise, the above standards will be cause for investigation and possible action up to and including firing for cause."
