My transmission is leaking, is there any way that I could stop the leak, without repairing the transmission?

its probably leaking from the side pan on it,you can take it in for service or to any small repair shop and the can repair this for you i own a 98 model and it has did the same thing before,its about a 75 dollar repair to get that fixed,good luck with it.

never add any additives to a chrysler fully edledtric transmission. you can do a ton of damage to the clutches. most likely you have hoses leaking, and that's not expensive. it could be the pan, under $100, or the solenoid pack. the solenoid pack will be more expensive. less likely it could be an axle seal or a front pump seal leaking. you should get it looked at to see what is leaking, and how severe. you can live with a little solenoid pack or cooler hose leak, but if its from the pump housing or an axle seal, it could leak fast enough to run out of fluid.

It depends on where the leak is. You might try lucas transmission fix. It helps to stop leaks and treats the seals. If the leak is just from the pan gasket then it's a relatively simple fix..

Not likely. There are additives that claim to stop leaks, but I have never found one that works.
If it is the pan gasket, or something loose, that can be repaired easily. If there is a seal leaking, more work will be required.
