I was driving by myself BEFORE I got my license. It sounds like a matter of trust with your Mom. Let her SEE you being a responsible driver (while she's in the car with you), then one day say, "Mom I need the car keys to run to the store right quick, I'll be right back". She'll come around, she's just worried about you.

I was 17 1/2 when I got my license, but I didn't drive until I got my own car at 20 because my father was worried that I'd get into an accident and make his insurance rates go up. I couldn't drive the car period. The only time he let me drive was one practice session before I took my 3rd road test (the one I passed). We were in a residential area with no traffic and when I was going 15mph he told me to slow down.
You might be better off saving up for your own car so you can drive whenever you want and by yourself.

If you have your licence then legally you're able to drive on our own. With a permit you have to have a licenced driver who is 21 or older in the passenger seat with you. So, if you're not being allowed to drive on your own it's completely your mom's decision. As far as getting her to let you drive on your own, I don't know. As soon as I got my licence I was gone, my mom wasn't worried about me because she knows how I drive. Maybe your mom just doesn't trust your driving, you'll have to figure out some way to change that.

Don't rush it, just wait until she's comfortable letting you. Otherwise, she's going to get paranoid about you and ruin her health, and she'll stop letting you drive anywhere. I had around 100 hours of practice before my mom finally let me drive alone.

Unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. In maximum states the vehicle is going to impound (impound fees, towing value, on a daily basis storage value, and so on). Then they hit you with a huge high-quality ... and droop your applying privileges (you does not qualify for a license). applying without coverage ... yet another undesirable concept! in case your state demands felony accountability coverage (maximum do) that is yet one extra reason to impound your motor vehicle! yet another hefty high-quality, and suspension of applying privileges. bypass forward andchronic ... yet don't be taken aback if the police trap you and grant you with all the tickets you deserve. Conviction for the violations you would be committing might make it impossible so you might get a valid license (no longer make it complicated, impossible). you do not have the money to take the bus ... yet fines, impound fees, towing costs, storage fees, and so on ... apparently you have money for that! unusual. permit's say you get the pastime ... then get busted on the way residing house. How might you get to paintings on a daily basis without a license?

License, or permit? If it's your permit you got, you can't drive alone, it's only to practice with an adult with you. If you have your full (not learner's license or permit) you can drive alone now.
