In this place everything is divine,
look with your own eyes,
your body is the vehicle,
your nature is cosmic,
to move, to love, to be,
who could ask for more?

Of course enlightenment is always unfolding. It is in the hills and valleys,
the water, and in the stones, you see.

Yes Maharishi, but you understand {smiling} that words can only point to the truth that is yourself.

As I type
every syllable
reveals...
things which are
newer still
the tips of my figures
touch and glow
and newer meanings
unfold...
every moment
every breathe
every *sip*
I know...
reveals
and rejuvenates
lightens my being
enlightens my soul
now here
when you read this
then too...
to be open
to receive
and perceive
is the way to lighten
enlighten
and fly
for an eternitty...

the only ingredient you're able to do is pay attention to what he or his followers taught and decide for your self. The Buddha became suggested to be enlightened in as far as he got here to appreciate what the situation of existence is and what the answer is - the 4 Nobel Truths and the Eightfold course. So, inspect and learn from the Buddhists. in case you stumble on something there that enables you or makes your existence extra advantageous - stable. If no longer, then neglect approximately it.

There is only NOW, and in the NOW there is only enlightenment. "Who" could ask for more???? We are the illusionary "who" blinded to our true nature. The "asking" is moot since the "who" is an illusion. Cosmic Coyote, I do enjoy your essence... Are you aware that in Native American lore Coyote is the Trickster (think of Wily Coyote, always sabotaging himself). What a hoot! Coyote is one of my own "guides," though that, too, is an illusion. We are already "enlightened" and NOT "separate" from the Source. I send you love from the Ark of Love (better, the Arc of Love) that has no beginning and no end. I am Sirius

Yes its always about awareness in the now like you say :)) Mindfulness all around you the point is first we must look from within to see what is around us and how to understand it in the spiritual plane and that takes time many influences out in the world that can push people on paths they should not be on...Self awareness is KEY here no other person can do this for you....

Yes, Mr Coyote, I do understand that. And that understanding keeps me in duality. (There's lots of other stuff that keeps me in duality stuff as well but 'understanding' is a subtle example).
Only when ALL duality is seen through will enlightenment flow within this strange mish-mash that I call 'me'.

the closer I come to a point of light the clearer the image of its source. When ,at last, I join with it a momentary brilliance appears that becomes mine to light and lead.

My limited understanding tells me enlightenment IS here and now.
Is it just me, or is "divine" a superfluous word.
