The risky ones would be the fat soluble vitamins A,D,E which could accumulate and cause problems. The water soluble vitamins will be excreted in the urine. You would have to take a very large number of adult multivitamins to cause serious toxicity. Perhaps someone has some actual figures to help you.

Below is a link for vitamin E toxicity which would probably be the first to cause significant harm. This reference does provide dose levels of concern.

Site #2 below is for Vitamin D toxicity

Site #3 is Vitamin A toxicity with a rather long list of symptoms if overdosed. Mortality is rare with this one.
