The church I chose is not like that.I have seen it in quite a few churches, where it seems to be a family business. Also there are a lot of religions who appoint all sorts of positions that everyone seems to think makes them better than the regular guy, I guess they forget about Jesus washing the disciples feet and telling them to be one of His disciples means they are to be servant to all.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!! It is so that way! But I think it is that way everywhere, in every religion. It is about who gives the most money, time, etc. it seems. The people who are working to make a living are forgotten or ignored. Also, some people just don't dress good enough. I feel i'm just not attractive outwardly enough to picked for anything. Also, I don't speak eloquently so I'm not asked to speak. I stay because they preach the true Word of God as written.
