It means: And you know.

It means "And you know." (some information).

Colloquially, it can also be used to indicate emphatic agreement, as in, "You really know what you're talking about!" or "You sure got that right!" or "Right on!"

Y is "and" in Spanish
tu is ""you" in Spanish
sabes is "know (info)" in Spanish

Sabes comes from the verb saber, which means knowing information. Saber can indicate "to know a fact," "to know how" or "to possess knowledge."

there are 2 ways of saying "and you know (info)" in Spanish
Speaking informally to a friend, its y tu sabes
Speaking formally to someone who should receive respect like an elder, a teacher, a minister etc, you would say:
"Y usted sabe"

If someone wanted to talk about knowing a person, they would say "Y tu conoces." The verb conocer is the one used to indicate knowing a person. Saber (to know stuff) and conocer (to know someone) are not interchangeable in spanish as they are in english.

and you know

from the verb saber (irregular conjugation)

yo sé
tú sabes
él,/ella/ usted sabe
nosotros sabemos
ustedes/ellos/ellas saben

Saber means "to know a fact," "to know how" or "to possess knowledge." Not be confused with conocer. Saber and conocer are not interchangeable in spanish as they are in english
