Can I watch my downloaded torrent which is incomplete? I mean its only 4.5% dowloaded so can I watch it since the 4.5% consist of 3 full hours?

No you can't ,because the packages you download are not in order. In torrents you upload before you complete the download so you pick up packages from here and there .You have to have close to 90% before you can view.

Depends, if you have completed a file of a multiple file set, then YES you can open that file
If it's a larger file, or DVD image set, then NO you need to wait till that discs image is complete.
