you can have chicken, beef, lamb and pork but why didnt anyone invent roast fish?

Is this question for real or a red herring?? Not to sure about the idea myself but I'm sure some people couldn't think of anything batter.

I do roast fish. You put it in a pan with butter, lemon, dill and a little water and cover it with foil. Cook it in the oven at 350 degrees till flaky. You can oven roast potatoes,onions, peppers, carrots, turnips and any other vegetables mixed in a casserole dish with butter, garlic and other spices while the fish is cooking.

They have been invented long time ago. How it is with a roasted luce or salmon?
Oh I've forgotten "Forrelle Müllerinnen Art" and "Calamares ala Romona".

Yum. Roast fish, roast potatoes, sprouts, Yorkshire pud and gravy. Think I'll have it tomorrow LOL!

Try Sea Bass with cheese mash / Runner beans and Hollendase sauce...season with fresh black pepper and some sea salt.......Yummy..
