Depends on the people involved. If the couple involved thrives on chaos in their lives w/out it causing problems for them; it would be healthy for them and not boring.
If one of the couple prefers calm, peace & other prefers stopping off for a drink (2-3-4-etc) thereby creating chaos for partner, that is unhappy & unhealthy.
Healthy to me is defined by a couple sharing many many interests, while maintaining their own ID's., own thoughts. Too often people manage to "lose themselves" in order to be w/another.

Unfortunately some women (especially when younger) are drawn to dramatic relationships with the wrong guys. It's very common that we get involved with a guy we find attractive for the wrong reasons, and then feed off of the drama of a bad relationship. Eventually most of us come to our senses and grow out of that.

i think it could get pretty boring if you never have any problems. you'd never be able to miss them if they were always around you, you'd never be able to bond if you haven't made it through some type of problem.
i think problems do make relationships more interesting as long as it's not so many problems that the majority of your relationship is just problems.

a healthy relationship has ups and downs as well. i should think that arguing with them over nothing on purpose doesnt go down well, so let it be.
