i heard that biotin works wonders, my hair isnt short or anything, but i have modeling/ acting auditions in about 6 months, and i'm trying to improve my look, if it does work, then how long will it take? thanks.(some1 who used it please>

Try some good B vitamins not the kind that you by in the supermarket............try a good health food store. Or go to juicing ...........live cell foods the way that the Creator made them.......before man chose to change things.

take prenatal vit..i do and my hair grows fast..biotin helps prevent against yeast infec
