Id say shrimp gumbo with everything included and some fried rice that should make his mouth water... if not then maybe big juicy steak with creme potatoes and green beans and garlic bread or a big pot of spaghetti with del monte sauce which includes garlic & green pepper seasoning sauce and add in the pepperoni it makes it more better.

Perogies in a white sauce, served with steak. With a lemon pie for dessert. After that, watch a movie together on the couch and relax.
Or, steak with baked potatoes, veggies and a fresh loaf of tomatoe herb bread.
And after all that, pancakes for breakfast in the morning.

For me it would be pumpkin soup for starters with a drizzle of cream in the shape of a heart and then set off to the main course with scewered grilled shrimp and scallops wrapped in bacon on top of a bed of white and wild rice and a side of asparagas. A glass of Zinfindel white wine. For dessert a cocolate molten lava cake with raspberries and a cup of royal amber coffee. Then gaze at the stars, gaze into your partner's eyes and flip a coin and see who has to do dishes. lol

I always make lasagna for my boyfriend, which he loves! Especially when he doesn't know that I'm making it.
Toss a nice salad with that and you should be good to go. Afterwards, you two can take a walk together. We live near the water and it is so nice to go walking in the evening.

Well, I have made quite a few of these types of dinners - I have done seafood and pasta, with a spring green salad, loaf of warm bread, and wine. I have done a prime rib roast, with roasted asparagus, garlic mashed potatoes and dark beer. But the last one I did, for my boyfriends b'day, I started with a shrimp ceviche, an arugula and grapefruit salad, I did a roast tenderloin of beef, fiddleheads with garlic, and a chocolate decadence cake with raspberry sauce for dessert. I made sidecars for drinks, and afterwards we sat at the table and talked awhile. Then we watched a movie, and then...well...you get the idea!

Homemade dinner rolls (parker house style); whole roasted chicken with gravy; mashed potatoes with butter, garlic, and chives; candied carrots; almond crusted haricots vert; and chocolate cake with raspberry coulis for dessert. We'd probably be so full we'd just want to nap afterwards :). Maybe start a fire in the fireplace and just relax.

King crab legs with a lemon garlic butter, and veal piccata, with a mixed green salad with balsamic vinaigrette. It's our special dinner.
For more everynight things, he loves my bean and rice enchiladas.

i would make scallops seared with lemon and butter, and i would make a big baked potato with sourcream and shredded cheese, and i would make a salad with romaine hearts, a english cucumber, sliced carrots, shredded cheese, and bacon bits, and serve hot rolls with melted butter.. and i would make my man his favorite, black forest cake... use one box of made devils food cake mix, and one can of cherry pie filling , and one container of creamy cool whip and his milk chocolate shavings all over the top, and then after i would put on some romantic music and we would slow dance and kiss and hug and just enjoy each other like we did before we had kids... thanks for the memories u stirred up...
