well i kno how to turn now...but i need to learn how to lossen it!! HOW?!?!?!

The best way is to get softer bushings. Ask the people at the skate shop what works best. Different colors = different hardness. But make sure you don't get wheel bite. This is caused by having your trucks too loose. Board touching your wheels is a bad thing.

Don't loosen the screws on the top.. hah not good.
On the bottom, on the trucks there's a big bolt, you need to loosen to bolt to make it easier to turn. Don't do it too much though.
You can use pretty much any tool that'll do the job.
I bought a skate tool that I can use for everything, just because it's more convenient.

In the middle of each of your trucks there is a nut that you can tighten or loosen to fit your turnign style. THe looser it is the more flexible the turning will be. THe tighter it is the Firmer the turnign will be.,

There a big bolt on the trucks on the bottom. One on the front and one on the back. Loosen the bolt and it will turn easier. Tighten the bolt and it will get stiffer.

Lossen the trucks, if you don't know what they are you shouldnt be skating no offense.

Where the wheel tracks meets the board is some screws, they can be adjusted Do some experimenting and see what works best for you.
