I have 4 boys. The oldest is 6. His feet are beginning to smell. It's not horrible yet, but I think I better get on top of this problem now or in 10 years my home will really smell. What are some good solutions?

Active boys make stinky, sweaty feet! And the sneakers don't breathe well which makes it worse. Be sure sox are changed every day. Be
sure feet are washed well and dried. Then spritz with apple cider vinegar. Keep a spray bottle handy for after showers! And sprinkle deoderizing powder inside sneakers before the kids put them on.

I have 2 boys too, aged 6,5. I noticed my eldest son's feet stinked when he was 4. My younger one doesnt. What I did is I soaked his feet in a lukewarm water with a tbsp of salt in it for 30 min. It did work, just make sure he changes his socks everyday. Proper Hygiene is still the best remedy. If it still doesn't work, we have a substance called "tawas" in Filipino or Potasium Alum that will just solve your problem. It's cheap and effective.

my boys have a bad habit of wearing their shoes without socks, and after that well u just can't get the smell out and i make them keep their shoes on the porch to air out. make sure , especially boys- to get them shoes that allow their feet to breath. some shoes make ur feet sweat cuz they don't have ventilation. also, clean your shower with bleach at least every other day to avoid getting athletes feet, we have a lot of strange stuff growing in our showers from moisture- some stuff u can't see with our eyes
