When I leave my cell phone charger in the lighter socket with my car off but no cell phone connected do it is draw some power? Same with my Sirius radio, I leave it connected but take the head unit in, but does it still draw some power when my car is off??

The small little red light on your charger uses power.The memory on your radio uses power,If you have a clock it too will draw power,If you have an alarm it will draw power also.

Most cars have power to the lighter plug cut when the key is not in the ignition and placed on accessory or ON position. In that case, no power is drawn.

Some lighter plugs have regulators in them. If it is this type, it draws VERY SMALL amount of current. If it is just a wire, none.

The amount of current it will draw, if it does, is VERY small, in the order of few milliamps. Not enough to even worry about.
