If you learn how to spell, it might help you read this:
1) Don't take whatever Naswar is...I've never heard of it.
2) Go to an NA or AA meeting - those people are great helps to anyone having issues with all kinds of addictions.

I know that you are new here, but it is considered polite to type in normal format. If you haven't already noticed from all of the other questions and answers.
Anyway, if you are addicted then you the way to avoid something is to seek help. Unfortunely you didn't mention what you are addicted to for help here.
