I already use a lot of non-prescription drugs like loratadine (Claritin), certrizine, pseudoepinephrine, etc. They help a bit but not enough.

Well, you could dose yourself before anyone else does. If you can handle pure things like essential oils you could rub a couple drops under your nose. I used to do this with Vic's Vapo-Rub when i had a cold but i just kind of liked it so i would just do it on and off because i found it to be pleasant.

Maybe speak to an allergist to see if somehow you can actually eliminate your sensitivity.

What else short of surgical masks and personal nose filters, i don't know. You might have to move to a scent pollution free place. Good luck

My husband is a retired chemist who developed a sensitivity to most gloves, to foods that contain chemicals, to some soaps. I try to find as many organic and natural products as I can. As far as the scents go, you can talk to your local health club and ask them to advise people not to wear perfume to the gym, but I'm afraid you're at the mercy of crowd elsewhere. It might help to try to get advice on how to eliminate junk mailings of catalogues and coupons, You can smell right through those scented strips.
