Certainly, though they generally are more heavy and chewy than light and fluffy. Think pita bread. Some use baking soda to raise the dough a bit. See also self-rising flour, which basically is flour with some soda added.

A quick Yahoo! search yielded a few examples:

Try a search for "non yeast bread" or "soda bread."

Almost any flatbread is without yeast. Yeast causes bread to rise like your standard loaf of bread. The bread in the old days was flat because common people either did not know of or could not afford the yeast.

You can make bread w/out yeast... just add baking powder &or baking soda.

Whole Wheat Bread w/out yeast

2 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Don't preheat oven. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Whisk milk and butter in small bowl. Stir dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well in center; pour in liquid and stir until smooth. Spread evenly in loaf pan. Place pan in center of oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Oh yeah, all kinds. It's called "unleavened bread" or "flatbread". Link below goes to the Wikipedia page with lots of examples.
