With a 17000 watt amplifier and speakers to handle it.
The picture is a basic amplifier. You will need Power Transistors and such to get that type power. I think it can be done, but, you talking a lot of power. If you have a friendly Radio Station call and ask what they use to amplify their transmitter. They use a Vacuum Tube about the size of a Duffie Bag (Well maybe not that big) and it in an Air Conditioned Box.

In this picture on your right is a vacuum tube like a radio station use, but, here we talking 50,000-100,000 watts.

You'd have to start by making a car for your 17000-watt sound system. If your amplifiers were producing 17,000 watts of RMS output power, they'd need to draw nearly 1200 amps of current from the vehicle's electrical system---and that's assuming the amplifiers are 100% efficient, which they aren't. No vehicle's charging system can tolerate that kind of load. You'd need some kind of multiple-alternator setup.

Of course you could follow the lead of some amp manufacturers: build a 1700-watt system, then write "17,000 Watts" on the outside of the vehicle in big red letters.

well with 2 kicker solo x 18" subs you would be able to do it they supposed to handle 10,000 watts each so if your able to get 2 of those you shood have 20000 and the maxxximus amps from highfonics are supposed to handle 10000 watts each to so you shood be able to get more than 17000 watts but the only thing is finding a way to keep your power constant i mean you need the big 3 upgrade alter. gauge, etc. some capasitors might help to but what ever good luckl

Buy 9 Mtx Thunder 9000's and put them in a ported box, set that on a trailer, then install 4 MA Audio HK10KA amplifiers. Connect all that, then run the one gauge wires from the amplifiers to a miller big blue air pak welding machine w/ diesel deutz. ( While making sure to drive a large ground rod in the ground as close to the sound system as possible. ) Then wait till about 3am drive to your grandmothers house, and turn that **** all the way up to 155 decibels, so that all the cats in a 2 block radius die. And when she opens the door, calmly ask if she has any grey poupon.
