Is Amerikan law a hate crime against humanity?

Most of our laws are the result of racial predjudice. This makes them a hate crime.

For God sake don't ask them that, you're likely to get killed depending on whether your, black, white, American or other, Male, female, homo or hetero, rich, poor, old, young, working or not, health or ill, depending on which law they pull out of the bag to justify it!!! OK this is a joke. I know nothing of American law but it has a christian Judo foundation. Religion seems to traditionally promote segregation so I suppose laws based on a religion would do much the same and so yes they would be guilty of promoting segregation and hatred.

Your question is an example of what is called 'begging the question', which is a logical fallacy. That is, it assumes the very idea that is being discussed. Your starting premise is the same as your conclusion, which is that since American law is the result of racial prejudice, it is a hate crime. Since you are already convinced of this, despite offering no evidence for it, why are you asking the question?

Your profile claims that you are an 'exChristian'. I have found that most people claiming to be ex-Christians know nothing of authentic Christianity and are rebelling, not against the real Biblical faith, but against a distortion of it, which is unfortunate.

Please re-evaluate your position and submit a legitimate question.

Where do you get the "most" from? Most laws in most countries deal with taxes.

There were and probably still are a few laws with racial bias, but that doesn't make American law a "hate crime".
What about so many countries, including European ones, that have a state favored religion?

Most of the laws are dictated by the people that pay to have certain laws passed. If you study the way that a law is inundated into the system, you'd understand it a little better. Law is dictated by money, so if you're suggesting that it's a system of caste crimes, then I'd have to agree. Racial? Definitely not.

Yes alot of AmeriCan laws were passed with the intent of affecting a particular group. However, nearly all of them deal with outlawing the illegal drug trade. Opium was outlawed (Chinese), Cocaine (Blacks), and so on. If someone could actually prove that the laws are racist today, I guarentee we would get some action.
