No! You only lose nutritional value when you cook food. Baking you lose a little, frying you lose more, but the loss is negligible when compared to microwaving. If you microwave your veggies (I'm sure you won't be microwaving your fruit, but if you do it would be the same) you lose a considerable amount of it nutrients, due to the process by which the microwave shakes the molecules into an oblivion.

Hope this helps

fruit loses some nutritional value when it is harvested, but if you aren't cooking the fruit and using raw fruit for the smoothies then you shouldnt be losing any of the nutritional value as long as you are drinking it immediately after making it. If you premake it and refrigerate it then I would say you are losing nutrients because of the evaporation process.

If its done then freshly drunk, no problems at all. If it means you consume more fruit than otherwise, thats great too.
But too much of anything is not good for you.

Using unpeeled fresh fruit and drinking it immediately would not cause any nutrutional loss in a smoothie.
