There is no set age at which they can no longer claim you. Under 18, as long as you're living with them and they provide your support, they can claim you. This applies to age 24 if you are in college, although you don't technically have to live with them all year in this case. However, if they are providing most of your support, and you don't have income over the exemption amout ($3500 for 2006), then they can continue to claim you for ever and ever.
There are all kinds of rules about being a Qualifying Child vs a Qualifying Relative, however, if yu qualify under either rule, you are a dependent. I've given you a couple of link that you should find helpful.

The short answer is that there is no age limit for a person to be a dependent. A person of any age can be a dependent.
However, here are some cases where you are not a dependent.
1. Providing over 50% of your own support, then you are not a dependent regardless of your age.
2. Over the age of 18, not in school, and earning more than $3,400. Then even if you are living with your parents and they are supporting you, they cannot claim you as a dependent.
3. Over the age of 23, even if you are in school, and earning more than $3,400. Same comment as 2.
4. If you are not living with either parent, and together your parents are not providing over 50% of your support, then you are not a dependent of your parents. You may still be a dependent of someone else, but your parents may not claim you regardless of your age.

19 ir you are not a full time student, 24 if you are - at those ages, they can't claim you even if they support you.
There can be an exception where they can still claim you as a dependent if they pay over half of your support AND your gross income for the year is under $3400.
If you are providing over half of your OWN support, they can't claim you no matter how young you are.

Are you are asking because you are mad that they claim you? Or are you parent asking how long you can claim your children? There are a variety of situations that would have different answers. You need to supply some details to receive the correct answer for your situation.
