No, it can't be reinstalled. The part that fell out will die off and get porous and discolored.

As soon as a child's tooth falls out have him hold it in the spot where his tooth fell out - A dentist told me that it can help. Then take him to the nearest dentist so they can decide on what to do next. Your son may need to have a dental implant when he gets older. This is where they will put a screw in all the way to his jawbone and hang a false tooth down. I have a missing tooth in the front of my mouth (It's genetic, no accident!) and I have to get a dental implant when I'm older and I know that they use this procedure for people who've gotten into accidents. Best of luck!

Yes it can be reinstated again absolutely! But you need to be hurry reach a dentist to reinstate it. I'm glad you sink it in milk for if its in milk, it's absolutely have a great chances to be placed back in the tooth socket.
what your dentist will do is clean the avulsed tooth then placed it back there in the socket have it sew (but of course with anesthesia) controlled the possible bleeding & infections. then will ask the details how & what happened. then will ask for an x-ray too just to check the surrounding tissues & bones relations. If everything is great he would ask to come back after a week to check it then after 2 wks, then after a month, then after 6 months if the condition of the tooth is doing great then you'll get back the tooth to its original positions & no worrying then..
Now, you need to rush & see a dentist for the lesser time it will be sew back in, the greater chances it will be successful.

yes it can be put back in but only if you hurry. do not touch the root part of the tooth with your hands, only the crown of the tooth. my boyfriend knocked out his front teeth when he was a kid and had them put back in right away, they are still there and he is 20. so hurry up and go to the dentist or the er if they are all closed by now.

Yes but you need to get to a dental emergency center NOW. There is a time limit even if the tooth is in milk. GO
