How can i get the audio and video to work in unison when i burn dvd.... primarily cartoons???

It seems so far that I have a codec issue ... but I'm not sure ....

I'm not into that, but I believe it is a synchronization issue when the frame rate of the video is modified.
There are programs that allow you to correct it and it seems to be a trial and error process, which is why I never ventured into it. I guess when you figure it out it become easy to do in a short time.

googling the right terms will get you lots of forums where you can find real answers from experts at it.
