We can, actually. Maybe you're just not dating the ones that can. Try dating someone different from the guys you're used to.

Men are no more faithful than woman are faithful. Its a shared disposition.
Most (better than 90%) remain faithful, regardless.
I am sorry if your SO cheated on you, but look at it from more than just your hurting POV....was there anything you could have done differently that could have prevented him from straying? Was your relationship strained by other means, that could have lead him astray.
Remember, its not the sexual drive (contrary to popular belief, sexual affairs are really just incidental) that sends most men away. Its something deeper, such as constant bickerings, grumblings, naggings, or angers, that detach men from their women. Other times, is outside influences...ie. financial problems.

umm I hate to say this but there is a medical reason, you see men organ and women organs are different, women's sex organs are inner, men are outter. There for in sex men recieve no pain or almost up to no pain, because that women aren't more active in sex than men ( unless they recieve no pain, some women are like that) it lower the chance of women cheating on their men, while it higher the chance of men cheating their women. Yes Lust is a very very very wrong thing.
