Well as a teenager I had Endometriosis and the pain was ghastly. During my periods the pain was a 10 easily.

Broke my ankle, no pain at all until after the surgery. Then it was a 6-8.

I had a uterine biopsy once that was excruciating. A 12 on the pain scale.

Fortunately I forget pain the further I get past it. I fell on my elbow a couple of years ago and squeezed the bursa out of the joint in my elbow. Tears fell steadily, it was unbelievably painful. Also a 10-12.

I was with my Daughter and Her husband when she delivered her daughter. She delivered with no pain meds., no epidural and no pain. I was there and all she had was pressure. It was pretty darn amazing. I personally was out totally for delivery.

I forgot, MIGRAINES from about 6 till 37. They stopped cold when I had my hysterectomy. That is when I learned they were Hormone headaches. These were generally a 12, had to have a dark room and hot towels a waste basket near for nausea. I hate to even be reminded.

I've been through everything but I would have to say a torn rotaor cuff on my shoulder. Had surgery 6 months ago and it still hurts like heck. The answer above me about cluster headaches is a good one. My husband suffered from them for years and had at least 20 trips to ER.

Childbirth without an epidural. Yes I know childbirth is over with relatively quickly compared to other injuries that cause pain, but you have to live with the product of that birth for (at least) the next 18 years.

It's gotta be a toss up between men's cluster migraine headaches and women's natural chilbirth. :)
