The belief would be that God feels the same way about the internet that he does about anthing else. Everything has the potential to be Good (i.e. connecting churches sharing photos) But it also has the potential for Bad (porn) So I am sure that God doesn't come out against it but wishes people to use it for good instead of evil..

God doesn't care about internet. It is not a living thing. He cares about you. You have a soul which He wants to make sure you use wisely.
