I had a dream about this guy and I hugged him like I loved him or something and I dont like him in real life at all what does it mean because i've been thinking about it all day

It probably means that on some small subconscious level you really do like him in real life. Or perhaps it is actually him reaching you on a physic level to tell you that he likes you. Dreams such as these aren't uncommon so don't worry to much about it. But observe and scrutinize his behavior towards you and others and his every movements around you. His body language and hidden flirting can give you some idea as to if he is really in love with you or not.

You did not mention why you hugged him in your dream, what you felt when you hugged him, if this is a regular dream, and what you were thinking before you slept. I usually ask these things before i even interpret a dream. Try to analyze these information and you will be able to interpret your own dream.

I've had dreams like that. I usually dismiss them as the result of eating too much pizza.
