i record tv on my pc and put it onto disc,however it seems shaky can anyone help me

your pc is recording a very condensed version of the tv picture. first it is probably reducing the frame rate to 10 or 12 frames per second. second it is using MP2 or MP4 temporal compression which means it averages any motion in the picture over several frames. third, if the tv program is a feature motion picture, that was shot first at 24 frames and then converted to TV frames which changes smooth motion to jutter which is made worse by the computer compression.

if the tv looks shaky then maybe you could get a more solid stand
