...I'm not feeling too good now :(

I know that's a possible side effect but I was wondering if there was anything I could do to make it go away?

RT - I'm not saying I have the flu...I'm saying I don't feel well and it's a side effect (I KNOW it's a side effect)...

These type of side effects only last a day or so. Take a tylenol, get some rest, and before you know it, you'll feel better.

I had a sore throat the day after I got the shot. It went away within the day. Some people report actually getting flu like symptoms. I know that before, when I went to get the shot, they would refuse to give it to me because I supposedly had a fever, even though I was feeling fine. Also, you shouldn't take it if you are allergic to eggs.

Rest is the best suggestion. The flu shot can wipe some people out.

Flu shots Today do not contain live flu virus. so it will NOT make you sick. it is the cold season though. And just because you got a flu shot doesnt mean you will not catch a cold.
