EDIT: Im asking this because im not so goodlooking but im often happy; yet only have a few friends and im often left out of things because im not so goodlooking.

Option #2. Friends/BF/GF who look good and and are not so pleasant give stress. Their world revolves around them; too into themselves.

It would all depend on the person..
a true art collector would really bother to look into the beauty of an art piece more rather than just thinking of getting it by one sight.
and at the same time for some art collectors, the first sight means a whole lot. There is a reason why the word "ugly" and "beautiful" exists in a dictionary. we humans simply have our own guidelines towards these words.

Number 2 definately. Looks are a distant second to a great personality. Flowers look good but I wouldn't prefer to spend the night with them to the ugliest man.

I choose the first. I like to be with beautiful friends. I often look for some beautiful friends online such as on richmingle.com, that site has many attractive and hot girls/guys. I enjoy it very much and make some beautiful friends with good personality there.

Obviously the second choice is the sensible and pleasant one to endure. For those who'd chose the 1st choice, it'll be something between a 'one-night stand' and 'call-girl'

When I was a horny teenage high-schooler, all I wanted was someone sexy. You know, someone who I'd be proud of bonking.
But now I'd rather be around someone who fulfills me as a person and is enjoyable. That said, I still have to be attracted to them, but time does have a way of lowering your standards.

I'd take the ugly one. Looks can easily be improved, personality can't.
