i am looking to start a low fat diet.
i dont want to lose weight to just end up putting it back on again,this is the real deal.
any tips or guidance would be lovely.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

Hi,

I know exactly how you feel! A good "diet" starts with changing your eating habits. Because otherwise, you'll just put back on the pounds once you stop the diet.

Low fat diet starts with strictly limiting animal fats. No fried foods. Stay away from fast food places. Get your oils from vegetables. Instead of ground beef, use ground turkey. And don't forget, your body needs some fat for your skin and protecting your heart. But be careful where you get it!
