Yes, where your treasure is, there will be your heart also. If we get too involved and attached to things of this world, and put them before God, that is where the problem comes in. There are people (including some Christians) who put money, cars, jewelry, even football, ahead of God. How many people would go out in cold weather and sit in rain to worship God? Yet, it is done all the time at sporting events.

Yes. For attachment to worldly things exhibits idolatry in its mildest form. For worldly things can and do lead us astray from God. Also... at the end of the world, everything (but humans) will burn away... so... no point in getting attached to anything.

Yes. Believers are to be IN the world but not OF the world. They are to be set apart.

HOWEVER, this does not mean that you isolate yourself so much so that you cannot reach others for Christ. When Jesus was on earth, he spent time with the "outcasts" & other people looked down on for various things such as prostitution, adultery, leprosy, etc, etc.

Yes...You should love God more then worldly possessions. The bible states that you should not put anything before God. As long as God comes first in your life and you are saved then God will give you nice things if its his will...not your will.

Yes, He did.
We cannot love material things more than we love Him.
That is one of the reasons that the rich young ruler went away sadly. He was not willing to give up his wealth (NOT his money, but his WEALTH) to follow Jesus.

you'd need to ask somebody who new him personally and its more than a little unlikely you'll find anyone so accept the fact you'll never know what Jesus taught as every thing that was ever written as been written by somebody else and then changed and re written by somebody else and on and on and on, best to just live by your own morals and standards and die knowing you did everything you did as a responsible adult for what you believed was the right reason

Yes... Like money... you better hand it over to the clergy...!!!

In fact, he said to give FIRST to Caesar God what belongs to Caesar God and the rest to God the Father through the clergy...

I think that Ron supports the clergy... and he is short of money!
