Not according to the bottle, but I keep mine in the fridge anyway. It is not like it takes a whole lot of space, and I only make wings once a month or so!!

If doesn't say 'refrigerate once opened' then it doesn't, but I can't help but feel that sauces and stuff like that can generate germs when kept at room temperature or above so I put mine in the fridge regardless - I think it also helps keep it fresher as well.

If you look on the label it does not say anything about refrigeration. Keeping a product in the refrigerator extend the life, in my opinion.

I don't think that you have to, but I would refridgerate everything after opening it because there is a chance harmful bacteria can grow in the bottle.

Usually, if it doesn't say on the bottle to refrigerate, then you don't need to.

No, it doesn't have to be refrigerated after use..... but to be on the safe side I always do.

It doesn't advise that on the bottle and I do .I guess the vinegar is a deterrent
