Hi Am 6'5 and about 12 stone, and my stamina is rubbish to be honest i play football and within 5 10 minutes of runing about am absolutly nakered am a very fast runner but even if am nt runing my full speed am still pooped haha. Any1 got tips for me on how to imporve my energy levels / stamina

The only way to improve stamina is to run long distances.

If you are playing football you need to run several miles 3 to 5 times each week. Practice should take the place of distance running that day.

After you can run 3 to 5 miles then you can start doing some stress work so that you can run spurts at speed.
Do this by incorporating runs at a faster pace. After you have run a mile or so then run fast for 1 minute and then jog easy for 1 minute to recover.

Do 10 of these timed intervals to start and build up, you can also do different times such as 2 or 3 minute runs with a corresponding rest interval.
You have different energy systems and you need to work on them differently to get into shape.

Run relaxed, don't tense up your arms and hands trying to run faster, this only slows you and makes you fatigue sooner.
Breath in deep, full breaths, don't gasp or pant.

YOu need to have 1 or 2 days a week when you just run 3-5 miles at whatever pace you can still talk at. This will build up your endurance and you'll notice eventually that your recovery time in a match will decrease rapidly.

i would suggest that you train on the track more.

Do 4x400 with a 2min jog in between- run at about 80%
Do 4x800's with a 3-3.5min jog between each -run 80%
Do 2x1200's with a 4-4.5min jog in between each -run 80%
on the last lap of the 1200 give it all you got!!!

Do these to the best of you ability. I dont know any of your times so it is hard to tell you what to do! Always have fun!!

Two things will drain out your energy # 1 cigarette # 2 coffee
both will put you down without noticing it.What I would suggest you to do,go to an health store and buy a bottle of ASTRAGALUS ROOT and a bottle of CENTRUM.I was there too.

A guy always cums fast when its their first time. and especially if he's been waiting for a long time. Guys are erect at least 5 times a day so what I would do is some foreplay until he ejaculates or the both of you for that matter its not fair that he has orgasms and you don't so get him to do you first and then once you finish he will be more than ready for his orgasm. then use a condom because that cuts down the sensations for him if he feels he is about to come prematurely then tell him to come out and do some more foreplay on you so he has time to calm down. the condom should work but if you want a baby tell him to take the condom of before ejaculation and then finish in you. the longer you wait to make him come with foreplay the quiker it will be because he has to get it out of him.

He also does need time because you are the only one he has been with so once he gets used to it, you can really enjoy it once he gets his techniques down pat. Tell him what you like. Or you could even have a quickie in the morning, when you get home and then at night. he will diffently last longer because his mind has been free twice already. You get on top of him and you control the situation. Also my boyfriend tells me that he thinks about none sexual things for a while to help control him, tell him to think about a sport or something that calms him. If that doesn't work then just do IT over until you are satisfied
