I need to know how to make a really powerful circle so i can communicate with the dead. Please give me some rituals i can practice. Note that i do not worship pagaen.

I gave this answer before but for you I'll go over it one more time.
Get chicken feathers (preferably dyed purple) and place them in your hair. Next go to the cemetery and get some graveyard dirt. Place a handful in your pocket. Find the nearest crossroads. Draw a circle directly in the middle. Now get some graveyard dirt out of your pocket and throw it to the wind as you turn in a circle. Chant "Double, Double, toil and trouble. Fire burn and cauldron bubble." (I know you don't have a cauldron, but the supernatural powers are big Shakespeare fans). Then some supernatural wind will blow in your face and your done.

There is nothing scary about the dead and there is no need to draw magic circles or chant anything. The dead are simply beings who are between lives who exist in an alternate dimension which occasionally overlaps our own. If you experience frightening sensations or think you see or feel boogeymen around you, that's your own fear emanating from yourself. Don't underestimate the energy that's within your own fear -- you can create imaginary "demons" that will seem very real to you if you believe they are. But there are no demons, and the dead are nothing to fear. If you want to communicate with someone who is deceased, simply open your mind and seek them.
Spirits aren't more active on Halloween, you know -- that's just church hype.
You might like to read a book by Raymond Moody, e.g. Life After Life, The Light Beyond, Reunited, etc. In particular you might want to read what he's written about a psychomantium, which is a special room designed to attune the mind to contact with deceased loved ones. If you're really interested, you might be able to create such a room in your apartment or house.

Well first things first. No one worships pagan. I think what you meant was you aren't pagan. Being a pagan myself I find what you said very very disturbing. What you want to do is very dangerous to your Wyrd (karma). Not because of the act but because you are uneducated and playing with things that you shouldn't be. If you are that hot about communicating with the "dead" then your best bet is to just meditate on them and open your mind. That is the safest thing for you to do. If you want more than that and want to do it safely then my suggestion to you is start reading and studying. Maybe by next Halloween you Might be ready for something like that.

Everyone has the ability , one must simply work and develop it...like a muscle.
If you are not pagan, and this is something you do not normally believe in, i would suggest you not seriously try now. you ask for rituals you can practice....practice takes years!
i find your question mildly amusing and yet somehow insulting.
Why cant you just go trick or treating like everyone else?

You can't just do it for one day. You have to practice and study the art for years. Maybe you'll be able to get strong enough in ten years, but not in less than a week, babe.

I urge you not to pursue this path. The Bible warns us against having anything to do with someone "who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead" (Deuteronomy 18:11).
Why is this? The main reason is because you could become involved with occult spiritual forces that are not from God but actually from Satan and opposed to God. From time to time, I receive letters from people who've gone down this road, only to find themselves spiritually oppressed by occult powers. In some instances, they even turn against God and accuse Him of being the source of all their problems. They've forgotten the Bible's warning that Satan "leads the whole world astray" (Revelation 12:9).
Instead, I urge you to turn to the living God, who alone can bring true comfort and hope to your heart. God loves you; He loves you so much that He sent His only Son into the world to die for your sins. And someday all those who put their faith and trust in Him will enter His presence forever.
Jesus said, "Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted" (Matthew 5:4). His promise is true—and you can know His comfort today, by asking Him to come into your life. Don't go down a false path, but open your heart to Jesus Christ today.

seeing as the dead are dead, there really is no way you can communicate with them.unless you want to go to their graves?you wont get much response though.

be very carefull as to not open yourself up to demonic powers which is exactly what happens when you try to dive into that realm. Satan is here to deceive and unfortunatly that is what happens when we mess with things we fully do not understand.
