Sorry dude but that's just about impossible.
We sell custom rash guards and I have to tell you that each place you want a different color you need a seam... so a shirt like this will CAUSE rashes since you will have seams all over it.
We can get you just about any colors you want but the color changes need to be on the front, back or side panels where the seams are.

You'd probably be able to get one made by a local seamstress. The fabric you can find at Joann's fabric store. Bring in one of your rash guards, and bring it to the ladies at the counter and ask if they have any material the same as this but in red and yellow. Just ask for help finding it, because you don't want to buy the wrong kind of material. Get a yard to a yard and a half (just to be sure you have enough) of each color.
Then, bring in your material and sketch to a seamstress or tailor and ask them if they can make it. You may have to go to more than one place. And it may not be cheap (I think it'll be expensive). But if you really want it done, it shouldn't be that hard to find someone.
