Your question is a bit confusing. Are you saying you are shivering and you are not cold? People sometimes shiver involuntarily out of fear. Have you recently experienced a frightening episode of some kind? Are you prone to anxiety? Try soaking in a hot bath with a nice warm cup of tea. If the shivering doesn't stop soon, you probably should see a doctor.

If you're shivering and you're not cold it could be any number of things; a nervous tick, MS, Parkinson's. You should see a Dr about to be on the safe side.
