every time i get into a stressful situation..pain immediately shoots up my back and i can not even stand up straight. it lasts for several minutes..and nothing stops it... until i calm down. this does not seem natural. lots of folks get upset and this does not happen. i just went to doctor and forgot to mention and the next day it occured.. during a tense moment at work.

Sounds like you have a pinched nerve in the back. As you get stressed, the muscles in the back are tightening up and pinching a nerve. Just a logical answer????

Nervous and Anger are both emotional reactions. Just like the 'Fight' or 'Flight'. Therefore now that you know how these emotions affect your health, suggest you try and sort out these emotional response before the health declines.
