Maybe a religion that does not know what it is doing? Incapable of keeping a day-planer? Never on time?

You should go to an Episcopal Church sometime, everyone is in charge, but no one is responsible.

Well, I belong to a christian home church which I would describe as being 'outside of organised religion'. We left the organised church in 2004 and have been 'outside' ever since.
Everything is pretty flexible and what we do together varies tremendously on what we decide shortly before or whenever we meet. Not chaos exactly, because the control is with every participant.
However, I have to say, that we do know what we're doing. We have a very simple basic 'fail-safe' structure :
we share a meal together,
we share the Lord's Supper together,
and then, after that, there's lot's of choices of things to do. Sometimes we watch a christian video or else we attend a local church where we feel at home and where they have particularly interesting teach-ins. We may pray, praise or do Bible study - depends how we feel led. We're pretty relaxed and, if we're tired, we don't force the pace. We've left organised religion, so we don't have to do that. We always chat plenty and share news, so we know intimately where each of us is in his life and in the Lord.
We have never been tempted to re-join the system, because we have found a lot of freedom to develop outside and we've individually been able to mature in ways that the organised church makes impossible - eg. we're much more confident now, happier, able to ask questions and more tolerant of other's opinions (since we want people to tolerate ours!).

All True religion is personal God-consciousness first, and then many optional social and working gatherings of like-souls and like-minds and combinations thereof. Church is just one of many options.
The new trend is a more personal home-family Christian Fellowship of just the family members; and some will also invite their friends; and that may progress later to a more formally organized church or religious group. The spiritual authority for these more personal religious practices is "the priesthood of all believers in Jesus". Our only True Spiritual Leader and Sovereign Creator is Jesus Christ now fully here in Spirit, flowing love and Truth down upon all humans worldwide ! See and believe John 16:7-16
Also remember that here, conflict comes before both growth and destruction. Look at the complicated mess of men, machines and materials used to build a new house. And disorganization can be followed by more creative organization, as well as only followed by destruction.
Peace and progress,
Brother Dave, a Jesusonian Christian Truthist

Ya, like when people do everything backwards. As in HOW DID THE BUFFALO SKINS STAY SO PURE AND WHITE FOR ALL THE TIME BEING, than all of a sudden WANTING to know about God and how God works to keep them white and pure.
IS THAT WHAT YOU MEAN, 'cause that's what it sounds like to me.
Like God coming into my life as a young child, and my learning His everlasting ways,THAN my meeting the horror woman of my dreams telling all I know of God and how I actually kept my skins WHITE and PURE JUST SO she could snatch them right out from under my journey in getting them back from the ones who had them. Little did they know THE GREAT POWER OF the Rock.
Is the very reason I have had Him in my whole life.
Is that what you mean, 'cause I am sure the timeline in all this is to clear to show all the pure white truth with all the things that have happened in my life as well as theirs.
Those people are the perfect example of what "unorganized religion" is all about.

I think most, if not all religion is organized. Isn't that partly what defines "religion"? Those who are spiritual, but not religious tend to continually evolve intellectually and move at their own pace. If you want something unorganized seek the spiritual nature within and extract your own innate wisdom. A great strategy for doing this is to learn about various systems of thought ~ not just religion, but philosophy, mathematics and science as well ~ ponder it as a whole and expound what most makes sense to you from all of it.

You know there is. How many times have you seen answers here that say "I believe in God" or "I believe in Jesus" followed by comments regarding it being a personal thing, they don't go to church, etc. Personally, I have a great deal more respect for such people than I do for those who make it a point to get all dressed up Sunday mornings and go show everyone else that they are doing their Christian duty.

I understand from those who have dealings with the Anglican Church that they're likely to be late to the Judgement Day.
Then again, the scriptures of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster looks like it was written in crayon.
So I'd say it's a tossup

Deists dont elieve in organised religions most politions recomend this ebcause religion can cuase some arguments between other people of a different religion, deists believe in God and they tend to pray alone and have their own relationship with God instead of praying with others and going to church.

If Discordianism were truly a religion (it seems more like an agnostic-atheist mockery to me), being unorganized would border on being dogma.

Pseudo religion is always organized.
True religion is unorganized and varies from individual to individual.
