Give your insurance agent a call - their office or the fraud department of your companies claims number should have a phone number where you can report the fraud.

In the States - most states insurance departments or attorney generals offices have a fraud hot line.

Call 0800-328-2550 to report insurance fraud. In the UK your local ph book should have numbers to report or call your own agent and find out the country ins commission number to report fraud. The police station may be able to help you with phone number too. Try http://www.ukinsurancedirectory.com/links/insurancefraud.html don't forget the last L in the website...

Seriously though, in the States, each state has an insurance commissioner. Fraud should be reported to them. You should have a similar public servant in the UK since we descended from you.

And don't be offended by my lame attempt at humor. I love the language differences between our countries...both speaking "English."
