I have a boss whos the restarount manager and he as been of this week and last week he got sent home at night because he was not well. The shift manager sed hes been very ill. Now hes the type of guy who dashes about all the time and he slides his feet about and as to be on the go all the time. hes been working at the firm for a long time. dose any one think hes done to much and could of had a break down?

He may have an health problem that he never went and got checked for.it sounds like he never took time off to take care of his self.hopefully it's nothing life threatening.Get a card and have the shift manager give it to him,it would mean a lot.

Yes, he could have had a nervous break-down. Or he just may not like his job any more.
Don't worry about it, though. If he wants to tell you he will. There will be plenty more 'I wonder' in your life and you may never get the full answers to many of them.

He's probably faking it to get another job. But he might of had a breakdown and had to leave
