Calorie Counting Question?

How many unburned calories are passed in a bowel movement? I tried counting calories but I am losing weight despite eating more calories than I burn.

I know that this might not be practical, but if you truly want to know the answer, take your fecal matter to someone who has a bomb calorimeter where they can tell you the actual amount of potential energy in your "movement". I would like to know what your goal is.. to lose weight or to gain it.
